Andrew Watkins is the owner of Superior Appraisal Services, Inc. Andrew grew up in Lower Michigan and has been residing in the U.P. for twenty years. He is the proud father of two children and has been married to his wife Julie for thirteen years. Andrew is active in hunting, fishing, camping, and anything that involves the outdoors. Andrew is an active member of Ducks Unlimited. Andrew’s real estate associations include: Michigan Association of Real Estate Appraisers, Upper Peninsula Association of Realtors, Michigan Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, and Marinette County Board of Realtors. Andrew has been appraising since 1997 and has experience with all types of appraisals.

Andrew is a Certified Residential Appraiser in Michigan and Wisconsin and is FHA Approved in both states.

Karen Ellis has been with Superior Appraisal Services, Inc. since 2003. She was raised in the U.P. in the town of Felch and is currently residing in Iron Mountain. Karen has been married to her husband Brad for seven years and together are the proud parents of four active children. Karen is currently a member of Michigan Association of Real Estate Appraisers, Upper Peninsula Association of Realtors, Michigan Association of Realtors, and National Association of Realtors.  Karen has experience with all types of appraisals.

Karen is a State Licensed in Michigan and Wisconsin.
